We work on a per project basis.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I try to greet any customer with a smile and firm handshake. After the initial name exchange, we proceed to see about the project necessities and endeavor to set up a time that works for both parties to get the job done as well as a reasonable price quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My estimation and work training comes from employment for the company named Roof Doctors. As many in the Salem area may attest, this organization kept to the highest customer standards working in both the residential and commercial fields of their expertise. I bring that same expertise and quality to every customer my business has the fortune to know.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in the trades early after school learning framing first and branching out from there. Its always rewarding seeing the result of the labor put forth in the construction or remodel in order that something may be rendered beautiful.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with Windermere realtors in Portland, Oregon and also many different homeowners ranging from cities like Canby, Woodburn, Molalla, Charbonneau/Wilsonville, Salem, to count just a few.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The only advice I could give any potential client is to hire us because "You say do, we say done." This is the very essence of how our clients can think of us, that we get the job done right by them and work by the client standard not our own..

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Only one question for my client to think through is, "Does this business entity hold firm to my highest standard?"
